Cuatro is a padel matchmaking service operated in Ontario, Canada. This page tells you how to reach us and answers what people ask most, whether or not you have the app installed.
Write to support@cuatro.ca. We read this mailbox ourselves and reply as quickly as we can.
It helps if you tell us the email address you sign in with, your phone and its operating system, and what the app showed you. Profile, then About this app, carries the build details we would otherwise have to ask for.
For anything about your personal information — a copy of what we hold, a correction, or a deletion — write to privacy@cuatro.ca instead. Those are answered within 30 days, as Canadian privacy law requires.
Cuatro has no passwords. You enter your email address and we send you a short code to type back in.
If it has not arrived after a minute or two, check your junk folder, then ask for another code. A code is good for a few minutes and only the most recent one works. If nothing arrives at all, write to us — some mail providers refuse our messages, and we can tell you whether that is what happened.
Cuatro matches players by how far they would travel, and it works that out from Canadian postal codes. A postal code from outside Canada is not accepted.
Cuatro is starting in the Greater Toronto Area. You can create an account anywhere in Canada, but outside the launch area there may be too few players near you for the app to find a game yet.
The app invites the players most likely to make a good game, then waits for them to answer. If nobody suitable is free at the time you asked for, the game does not fill. That is the app being honest rather than something breaking.
Two things help. Invite people you already play with, from the same screen where you create the game. And choose a time other people are likely to want.
Cuatro starts looking for a replacement straight away and tells everyone in the game where things stand.
Close to the start time it stops searching and hands it back to you, so any player still in the game can bring somebody they know. If nobody does, the game is cancelled and everyone is told.
Add it. On the screen where you choose a venue, tap Add your club. A person checks its location before it counts towards matching, and you can carry on in the meantime.
Turn notifications on or off, by kind, under Profile, then Notifications.
To block or report another player, open their player card from the Community tab. A block takes effect on matchmaking immediately. Reports are read by a person.
Open Profile, tap Face ID & security, then Delete account. It is immediate and permanent. The Delete my account page in the menu above has the detail, including what is destroyed and what is kept.
Nothing. Players never pay to use Cuatro. No subscription, no per-game fee, no advertising.
